Terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to quotations, deliveries and services of Fluid Control Instruments Ltd for industrial atomizers, burner lances, regulators and related parts.

2. Quotations and orders

Fluid Control Instruments Ltd manufactures to order. Quotations are valid for the period stated in the offer; where no period is stated, thirty days. An order becomes binding when Fluid Control Instruments Ltd confirms it in writing and the buyer accepts the order drawing.

3. Drawings and technical documents

Dimensions, spray angles and flow rates are fixed on the order drawing. Published catalogue values are nominal reference values and are not a guarantee of a specific combustion result.

4. Delivery and risk

Delivery terms, packaging and the transfer of risk follow the Incoterm agreed in the quotation. Lead times run from the approval of the order drawing.

5. Warranty and liability

The warranty period, the treatment of wear parts and the limits of liability must be taken from the applicable terms of sale of Fluid Control Instruments Ltd; the governing law and the competent court follow Kazakh law.
